3 FestPlugin implementation

The whole code implementing FestPlugin resides in the festival subdirectory of the source three. This directory mirrors parts of the Festival source three.

Four subdirectories of the Festival source tree should be installed. It might be considered as a general schedule for Festival module installation :

m4 The m4 subdirectory (cf. 3.3.1 , 3.3.2.)
config The config subdirectory (cf. 3.4.1 , 3.4.2.)
src The src subdirectory.
lib The lib subdirectory.

During FestPlugin installation certain files of Festival source three are

modified (cf. 3.1 ;) other files are
added (cf. 3.2 .)
