3.3.1 configure.in

An m4 directive is added in order that configure supports the –with-festplugin option. It can be set to yes or no. Default value is no. So by default festival compilation and execution behave as if this module would not exist.

This task is accomplished by in_conf.sh script that simply inserts an m4 include directive for the FestPlugin_config.m4 file (cf. 3.3.2 .)

These tasks will be performed when installing the m4 subdirectory of Festival tree. More precisely this is the aim of install-data-local target.No m4 subdirectory exists in Festival original source tree but one will be created.
