2.2 Modules or plugins ?

In any case we consider festival libraries i.e. a batch of scm files that are meant to be installed under the

@ac_cv_pln_festival_libs@

directory. This library might

require function that have been hard compiled into the festival engine thanks to the module mechanism,
Load functions available in a dynamically plugable module thanks to the plugin mechanism
Or simply self impelement all methods in scheme language.

A library might be consituted of many files according to the complexity of the project one wants to implement. But we try to normalize a certain number of files. See how they might be shared among targets at 2.2.6.2.
