2.3.2.3 The config/<Project>/config.mak

This is a module specific configuration file contaning all pertinent information for module compilation, in particular libraries against which it has to be linked.

Anyway this file should at least contain an instruction like that :

ALSO_INCLUDE += FestPlugin

to tell festival that our module should be compiled (where the FestPlugin here should be replaced by our <Project>.)
