2.3.2.2 The config/config.in file

Even if it has a .in extension this file is not processed by autoconf but by configure. It is a Makefile like file that is included by some Makefile. We only put here a check on the –with-<Project> option including a suitable file config/<Project>/config.mak. The latter file should be provided and contain all necessary options to compile the module. In particular if there are specific linking options, they might be specified here.
