2.3.1.1 FestPlugin

It seems to be almost the case for FestPlugin except that the

fp_manager.H

file that should be placed there is not since it is stored in the include subdirectory of the archive. The fact is that it has to be placed at both places, in the

${includedir}

directory for future usage and in the festival compilation subdirectory for immediate usage. This problem might probably be solved by setting a suitable -I option somewhere or, what we have done with a symlink.
