2.3.1 The sources

Most of files constituting the module sources are located in the src/modules/<Project> subdirectory of festival compilation directory. We choos to compile it in

${datadir}/festival

Where files must go rely on the

ac_cv_pln_festival_path

variable.

This architecture is reproduced in eeach package source tree so that installation become a sort of mirroring the structure in festival compilation tree. So a simple

should copy the source files at the right place (after having suitably configured the package, and having taken care of the –prefix option of the configure script.)

In fact this causes also lib subdirectory to be installed. It seems to be suitable to copy them in festival compilation tree as well since all that stuf will be copied in system lib directory if festival is installed.
