2.2.6.1 Accessing the plugin

If we are in plugin mode we might automate the path to access the plugin. In fact the plugin name depends on the target in the src directory and it should then be imported/exported from there. If it is done at make time no matter of the SUBDIRS order but if done at make install time src should be made installed before festival. In fact the module name is available in the

lib_LTLIBRARIES

variable. To achieve that we let do it at make time using the all-local target. A few lines of code had to be written in edext-automake.el.
