This is the master file of the non-OpenSource version of IMS German Festival: The path is extended to festival/lib/german which holds the German Scheme files, the required modules are imported and some original Festival functions are adapted to German. The file also provides functions that modify the utterance structure necessary for some German voices. Beside this a tts-mode with Latex umlauts is defined.
