Voices

The following German voices are supported at the moment:

• voice_german_de1: basic female voice (needs no POS-tagger)
• voice_german_de1-os: basic Open-Source female voice (needs no POS-tagger)
• voice_german_de1-linginto: improved female voice de1 with intonation based on linguistic preprocessing (requires the POS-tagger - considerable startup-time of Festival)
• voice_german_de2: basic male voice (needs no POS-tagger)
• voice_german_de2-os: basic Open-Source male voice (needs no POS-tagger)
• voice_german_de2-linginto: improved male voice with intonation based on linguistic preprocessing
• voice_german_de3: basic female voice (needs no POS-tagger)
• voice_german_de3-os: basic Open-Source female voice (needs no POS-tagger)
• voice_german_de3-linginto: improved female voice de1 with intonation based on linguistic preprocessing
